Each key is secured with a keyTag containing an RFID chip. When authorised users access the system, LED lights indicate the correct key slot, making retrieval quick and intuitive. The system automatically records all key movements.

When users authenticate at the key panel, the system automatically displays only the keys they are authorised to access. LED indicators in the key cabinet then guide users by highlighting the exact slot location for key removal.

When returning keys, the system similarly illuminates the correct return slot, ensuring proper key placement.
