We may use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies.
These cookies are essential for you to browse the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas, setting language or regional preferences, logging in, and filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the website will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

6. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including encryption and SSL/TLS technology, designed to secure your personal data from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

We may share your personal information with third parties under specific circumstances. This includes sharing with trusted affiliates and service providers who assist in essential business functions such as payment processing, hosting, and customer support.

All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it solely for authorised purposes. We may also disclose personal information to legal authorities when required by law, including to comply with court orders or enforceable government requests.

Despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We may also withhold access to your personal data in certain situations, such as when we are unable to confirm your identity, where the data requested is of a confidential commercial nature, or in the event we receive repeated requests for the same data. We will notify you of the reasons if we are unable to accede to your request.

10. DO-NOT-TRACK PREFERENCES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (‘DNT’) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
